Welcome to Three Bears Play Den! By visiting our facility, purchasing a pass or membership, booking a party, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully; they exist to protect your family and ours, and to make sure every visit to the Den is a great one. 

 

1. About Us
Three Bears Play Den is an indoor playground located at 80 8th Street, Waconia, MN 55387, designed for children ages 0–10. We are owned and operated by Three Bears Play LLC.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By entering our facility, completing a purchase, or using our website, you — on behalf of yourself and any minors in your care, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Facility Rules, and any additional policies posted on our website or on-site. If you do not agree, please do not use our facility or services.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our facility or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

3. Admission & Access

• 3.1 Tickets & Memberships
  All children ages 0–10 are required to have a valid day pass or active membership to enter Three Bears Play Den. Infants 11 months and under are admitted free when accompanied by a paid sibling. If visiting with only an infant, a pass is required. Adults enter free with paid child admission.

• 3.2 Entry Codes
  Upon purchase, you will receive a unique access code via email. This code grants entry through our self-serve door system. Codes are non-transferable and may not be shared with other families or guests. Holding the door open for others or allowing entry using your code is strictly prohibited.

• 3.3 Waivers
  All children must have a signed electronic liability waiver on file before entering the facility. Waivers are collected at the time of purchase. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the use of our facility.

• 3.4 Hours of Operation
  Three Bears Play Den is open daily from 8:00am – 8:00pm. Members with active memberships have early access beginning at 7:00am. Hours are subject to change for private events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be communicated via our website and social media channels.

• 3.5 Right to Refuse Entry
  Three Bears Play Den reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the facility for violations of these Terms, facility rules, disruptive behavior, or any conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

 

4. Day Passes

• 4.1 Day passes are valid for the date and time selected at purchase. Pass codes expire at the end of the selected day.

• 4.2 Day passes are per child. One pass is required per child entering the facility.

• 4.3 All day pass purchases are non-refundable.

 

5. Memberships

• 5.1 Monthly Memberships
  Monthly memberships provide unlimited play during regular business hours for the duration of the active billing period. Memberships auto-renew monthly on the same date as the original purchase. Your card on file will be charged automatically until you cancel. To cancel, log into your account and select "Memberships." Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• 5.2 Annual Memberships
  Annual memberships provide unlimited play during regular business hours for 12 months from the start date. Annual memberships auto-renew at the end of each 12-month period at the then-current annual rate. You will receive a reminder prior to your renewal date. To cancel, log into your account and select "Memberships" before your renewal date. Your membership remains active through the end of the paid period.

• 5.3 Founders Club Memberships
  Founders Club memberships are available exclusively to the first 50 families prior to opening. The Founders Club rate is locked for 3 consecutive annual membership years and auto-renews annually at the guaranteed Founders rate for that period. After the 3-year lock period, memberships will renew at the then-current annual rate unless cancelled.

• 5.4 Member Benefits
  Member benefits — including early access hours, birthday credits, guest passes, and any promotional perks — are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to availability. Year 1 perks (including guest passes and birthday credits where applicable) expire at the end of the first membership year and are not carried forward.

• 5.5 Membership Codes
  Your membership access code remains the same for the duration of your active membership. Codes are non-transferable and may not be shared.

• 5.6 All membership purchases are non-refundable.

 

6. Party Reservations

• 6.1 Party reservations must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Walk-in or pop-up parties in shared spaces are not permitted.

• 6.2 Party packages include the amenities and guest count outlined at the time of booking. Additional children may be added for $10 each by contacting us at info@threebearsplayden.com.

• 6.3 The party host is responsible for ensuring all guests complete a signed electronic waiver before entering the facility.

• 6.4 The party room is exclusively reserved for your group. Three Bears Play Den remains open to the public during all party reservations. The playground is a shared space.

• 6.5 Cancellation & Rescheduling
  All party reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may have funds applied toward a future booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@threebearsplayden.com.

• 6.6 Late Departure
  You must be fully vacated from the party room by the end of your allotted cleanup time. A $50 late fee will apply for every 10 minutes beyond your cleanup window out of respect for families booked after you.

• 6.7 Cleaning
  Party hosts are responsible for cleaning the party room before departure. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of up to $100. Cleaning supplies are provided on-site.

• 6.8 By completing a party reservation, you agree to the terms outlined in our Party Reservation Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

 

7. Facility Rules & Safety
By entering Three Bears Play Den, all visitors agree to follow our facility rules, which are posted throughout the space and available in full at threebearsplayden.com/plan-your-visit. Key rules include but are not limited to:

Socks are required for all children and adults on the play floor at all times
Parents and guardians must actively supervise their children at all times. Three Bears Play Den is a self-supervised facility with remote monitoring

• No rough play, climbing on furniture, or unsafe behavior

• No outside toys or equipment

• No glass containers anywhere in the facility

• No helium balloons. A $100 retrieval fee applies if a balloon reaches the ceiling

• No food or drinks in play zones. A designated eating area is available

• This is a strictly nut-free facility. No peanuts or tree nuts permitted

• No alcohol, smoking, or vaping on premises

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited

• No unauthorized parties or private events in shared spaces

• Please do not hold the door open for others or allow tailgating

 

Sick Policy: Please do not visit if your child or any member of your group is experiencing illness symptoms. We ask that you wait at least 24 hours after all symptoms and fever have ended before visiting. This protects every family in our community.
 

Three Bears Play Den reserves the right to remove any individual from the facility who violates these rules or engages in threatening, disruptive, or unsafe behavior. Serious violations may result in permanent loss of access.

 

8. Supervision & Liability

• 8.1 Three Bears Play Den is a self-supervised facility. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times while on the premises.

• 8.2 Play at Three Bears Play Den is at your own risk. Three Bears Play Den, its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, lost items, stolen property, or damage to personal belongings occurring on the premises.

• 8.3 By entering the facility, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with active indoor play and agree to hold Three Bears Play Den, its owners, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liability arising from your visit.

• 8.4 Our facility is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance for the safety of all guests and for incident prevention.

 

9. Video Surveillance

Three Bears Play Den is monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both inside and outside the facility. Surveillance is in place for the safety of all guests, property, and for incident prevention and documentation.
 

By entering the facility, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Surveillance footage is the property of Three Bears Play Den and may be used for safety investigations, incident documentation, or as required by law. Misuse of access codes, unpaid entry, or violations of facility rules may be documented and may result in charges, removal from the facility, or permanent loss of access.

10. Website Use

• 10.1 The content on threebearsplayden.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Three Bears Play Den and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

• 10.2 Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked sites.

• 10.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website at any time without notice.

 

11. Purchases & Payments

• 11.1 All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

• 11.2 All purchases — including day passes, memberships, and party reservations — are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated.

• 11.3 By completing a purchase, you authorize Three Bears Play Den to charge your provided payment method for the amount due, including any applicable recurring charges for memberships.

• 11.4 It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. Lapsed or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership or access.

• 11.5 Unauthorized Entry & Access Code Misuse
  Access codes are unique, non-transferable, and issued for the specific purchase only. Allowing additional children or adults to enter the facility using your access code, holding the door open for unpaid guests, or any other form of unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited.
  
  Three Bears Play Den monitors all entries via 24/7 video surveillance. If unauthorized entry is detected — including but not limited to tailgating, code sharing, or undisclosed additional children — we reserve the right to charge the account holder the full applicable admission rate for each unauthorized individual. Repeat violations may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access, membership cancellation without refund, and/or referral for further action.
  By completing a purchase and accepting these Terms, you agree that any charges applied under this section are valid and authorized.
   

12. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect personal information — including name, email address, and payment information — solely for the purpose of processing purchases, managing accounts, and communicating with you about your visits and our services. 13. Modifications to Hours, Services & Pricing
Three Bears Play Den reserves the right to modify hours of operation, pricing, services, membership benefits, and facility offerings at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our facility following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Carver County, Minnesota.
