Birthday Party Package

Perfect for kids’ birthdays, milestone celebrations, or just because.

 

Includes:

  • 2 and a half hour party room access (including 15 minutes before and after for prep and cleanup)

  • Open play admission for 10 children — more can be purchased for larger parties! (see add-ons)

  • Birthday signage and simple table décor (neutral party theme)

  • Bring your own food, cake, and drinks

    • If you'd like to cater in, we partner with our local restaurant ___________​

  • Access to fridge and basic cleanup supplies​

 

Optional Add-ons: Additional children ($10/child), grippy socks bundle ($2/child), Three Bears Play Den party favor

Field Trips at the Den

Designed for schools, homeschool groups, and daycare outings.


Includes:​

  • 120 minutes of open play 

  • Dedicated indoor play area for free movement​

  • Bring snacks for post-play picnic in our seating area

  • Our private party room is provided to field trips based on availability. This room includes tables and chairs for up to 20 people, a large countertop, and a sink.

  • Requires a minimum of 15 kids for field trip pricing

Field trips are available:

Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.

Private Facility Rental 

Ideal for business open houses, school/daycare fundraisers, church groups, and community organizations looking for a unique space. 


Includes:​

  • Exclusive, full access to the entire facility (playground + party room)

  • 3-hour private use window (includes setup and takedown)

  • Bring your own signage, materials, and refreshments

  • Optional Add On: Extra time
