Admission Info
We’re open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, unless otherwise posted. Members get the exclusive benefit of using the playground one hour before general admission beginning at 7 AM. With a Day Pass, families are welcome to come and go freely all day.

Please reserve your child’s ticket online before arriving.
Once purchased, you’ll receive a personal entry code via email. Just enter the code at our front door—easy-to-follow instructions are posted right at the entrance.

Member codes are good for the duration of an individuals membership.
Open-play pass codes expire at the end of each day.
Know Before You Go
Self-serve, family-supervised
Our space is self-supervised and partially staffed, with remote monitoring to ensure safety. Parents or guardians are responsible for watching their children at all times.
Ages 0-10 welcome
Our playground is designed for children 10 and under. We ask that older children and adults help us maintain a gentle, safe environment by allowing younger ones to lead the play.
Socks only, please!
Shoes are not allowed on the play floor. All children and adults must wear socks—grippy socks are highly recommended.
Outside food allowed
Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks. A designated eating area with tables and chairs is available. Food and drinks must stay in that area and are not permitted in the play zones.
Nut-free zone
To help protect children with allergies, our facility is strictly nut-free. Please avoid bringing any foods containing peanuts or tree nuts.
Let's keep the play den clean!
We ask all visitors to clean up after themselves. Supplies are provided so everyone can help maintain a tidy, welcoming space.
Mama Bear's Rules
Admission & Access (Gated Entry)
Tickets are required for every child. Each child entering the playground must have their own valid ticket or membership.

Access codes are unique and non-transferable. Your entry code is issued for your purchase only and may not be shared with other families or guests.

No tailgating or code sharing. Holding the door open or allowing others to enter using your code is strictly prohibited.

One ticket = one child. Purchasing a ticket for one child and bringing additional children without tickets is not allowed.

This facility is video monitored. All entries are recorded, and misuse of access codes or unpaid entry will be documented and may result in charges, removal from the facility, or loss of future access.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep Three Bears Play Den fair, safe, and enjoyable for all families.

Adult Supervision is Required
This is a self-supervised, partially staffed facility. Parents/guardians must actively supervise children at all times and ensure they follow posted rules.

No rough play, climbing on furniture, or dangerous behavior.​

Help Keep It Clean

Use the cleaning supplies provided.

Return toys and tidy up your area before leaving.

Tables are first-come, first-served and not reservable without a private event.

No nuts or nut products (this is a nut-free facility)

No helium balloons (ceiling retrieval = $100 fee)

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises

Sick Policy
If your child is sick, please wait 24 hours after symptoms/fever have ended, before visiting. Let's keep the whole den healthy!

Restroom & Diapering
Clean up any restroom or changing table messes. Supplies are available near the diapering stations. ​
​
Parties & Private Events
Private parties, birthday celebrations, and field trips must be reserved in advance. No pop-up parties in shared spaces, please. ​
​
Disruptive Behavior
Any threatening, destructive, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal or permanent loss of access. ​
​
Security Notice
Our space, inside and out is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance for the safety of others and incident prevention.
