Meet Angela and Brent
When Brent and Angela first came across Scooter’s Coffee, they knew it was something special. What immediately resonated with them wasn't just the speed of the drive-thru, but the way the brand truly centers relationships and community. The core values of the brand — love, humility, integrity, and courage — aren’t just words to them; they’re values they work to live out every day, both as business owners and as part of the Waconia community. The timing was perfect as all four of their kids were launched and they entered a new phase - grandparenting!

Brent and Angela's experience fit together in the best way. With Angela's experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership in tech, alongside Brent’s background in coffee and franchising, they found a natural partnership in building something together.

What has surprised them the most is how meaningful connections can be made with customers, in just a minute or two at the drive-thru window. Day after day - a quick conversation; brief update on yesterday; and a smile can truly make a difference in the day. It is building community, one car at a time.

Carver County's beloved local bakery and flower farm, Bear Country Blooms brings the freshest organic sourdough breads, baked goods, homegrown salsas, and beautiful blooms straight from their one-acre farm in NYA. Using only organic practices and their own homegrown produce — zero pesticides, zero herbicides — everything Carrie creates is made with genuine love and intention. And for Opening Weekend, Carrie will be debuting her brand new trailer!

Dough by KR is a licensed cottage bakery run by Kelsey, a Waconia local who pours heart and soul into every scratch-made sweet treat. What started with making monster cookies alongside her mom and grandma has grown into a thriving side business, fueled by self-teaching and a genuine love for the craft.
When she's not in the kitchen in the early morning or late-night hours, Kelsey works full time as an Athletic Trainer. She's also a busy mom of two little ones — Everlee and Elleanor — so don't be surprised if a tiny hand sneaks into a photo now and then.
Kelsey specializes in bringing her customers' visions to life through custom baked goods, with cookie decorating classes potentially on the horizon.
