For recurring membership billing, your payment method is securely stored by our payment processor and charged automatically on your renewal date.
 

6. Children's Privacy
Three Bears Play Den serves families with young children, and we take the privacy of minors seriously.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. All account creation, waiver signing, and purchases must be completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@threebearsplayden.com and we will promptly delete it.
 

7. Video Surveillance
Our facility is monitored by video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, inside and outside the building. Surveillance is in place for the safety of all guests and for incident prevention and documentation.
By entering our facility, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Surveillance footage is retained for a limited period and may be reviewed in connection with safety incidents, access code violations, or as required by law. Cameras are not located in restrooms, changing areas, or any space where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
