Party Reservation Agreement

Thank you so much for choosing Three Bears Play Den to celebrate your little one! We are truly honored to be part of your family's special day. This agreement outlines everything you need to know to make your party a smooth, stress-free success.

 

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Cost & Reservation Time

Our party package includes:

• Admission for 10 child guests. Additional children may be added for $10 each — simply email us at info@threebearsplayden.com after booking and we'll take care of it

• Adults always enter free with paid child admission

• 2.5 hours total — including 15 minutes before your party start time for setup and 15 minutes after for cleanup, so you can arrive relaxed and leave without rushing

 

Party Room

Your private party room includes tables and chairs for up to 24 guests, and is exclusively yours for the duration of your reservation.

Please note: Three Bears Play Den remains open to the public during all party reservations. Your party room is private — the playground is a shared space enjoyed by all visiting families.

 

Party Rules

• Helium balloons are not permitted anywhere in the facility. A $100 fee will apply if a balloon must be retrieved from the ceiling due to the specialized equipment required. Standard balloons are absolutely welcome! 

• Decorations may not be taped, tacked, or attached to walls, windows, or doors. Table decorations are warmly encouraged — go all out!

• No glass containers or confetti anywhere in the facility

• Outside food and drinks are welcome — bring your cake, your snacks, your juice boxes. It's your celebration! 

• This is a strictly nut-free facility. No peanuts or tree nuts in any food or drinks, please. This helps keep all of our little guests safe

• No alcohol is permitted on Three Bears Play Den premises

• No unauthorized pop-up parties or private events in shared spaces — the party room is the designated celebration space

 

Clean-Up Requirements

We work hard to keep Three Bears Play Den beautiful and welcoming for every family, and we ask for your help! Before your cleanup time ends, please:

• Remove all items you brought in

• Wipe down all tables and surfaces

• Place all trash in the provided bins

• Leave the room tidy and ready for the next family to enjoy

 

Non-toxic cleaning supplies are provided throughout the space. Failure to properly clean up may result in a cleaning fee of up to $100.

Late Departure

Our party room is thoughtfully scheduled to give every family the best possible experience. You must be fully cleaned up and vacated by the end of your 15-minute cleanup period out of respect for the families booked after you.

A $50 late fee will apply for every 10 minutes beyond your allotted cleanup time.

Payment & Cancellation

• All party reservations are non-refundable

• Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance may have funds applied toward a future booking date. Please reach out to us directly at info@threebearsplayden.com and we'll work with you

• Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability

 

Waivers

All children attending your party must have a signed electronic liability waiver on file before entering the facility. After your reservation is complete, you'll be able to send waiver request links directly to your guests via email or text — easy and hassle-free!

Please remind your guests to complete their waiver before arrival so everyone can walk straight in and get to the fun. 

 

Access Codes

After each guest completes their waiver, they will automatically receive a unique access code via email, which grants them entry into the facility on the day of your party. Access codes are unique and non-transferable — please remind your guests not to share their codes or hold the door open for others.

 

Liability

As the party host, you are responsible for ensuring all guests complete their electronic waiver prior to attending. You are also responsible for the conduct and safety of your guests throughout the event.

Three Bears Play Den is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property during your reservation.

 

Playground Rules & Safety

You are responsible for ensuring your guests follow all playground rules during your event. Rules are posted throughout the facility and available in full at threebearsplayden.com/plan-your-visit. By hosting your event at Three Bears Play Den, you assume responsibility for your guests' conduct and adherence to all posted guidelines.

Please remind your guests — especially older children and adults — to be mindful of our youngest visitors and help us maintain a gentle, safe environment for all.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing your Party Room Reservation, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Three Bears Play Den Party Reservation Agreement. I understand that additional fees may apply for rule violations, including cleaning fees and late departure fees.
